Stoaching LLC (“Stoaching,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of individuals who visit our website, create accounts, purchase memberships, participate in Stoaching programs, or otherwise interact with us.
Stoaching uses Wix and may use other service providers to operate its website, Member portal, communications, payments, and related services. These technologies may collect or process information as described in this Policy and according to applicable providers' own privacy practices.
1. INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT
Depending upon how you interact with Stoaching, information may include name; email address; telephone number, if provided; account or membership information; membership selection; billing-related information; communications with Stoaching; forms or survey responses; information voluntarily submitted through the Member portal; registration information; information provided during programs or events; testimonials or media voluntarily submitted; support requests; and other information you choose to provide.
2. PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers or platforms. Stoaching may receive information concerning the status of a transaction, subscription, billing relationship, or payment without necessarily receiving or storing complete payment-card information. Stoaching includes group and community environments. Information a Stoacher voluntarily shares during a group conversation, community space, accountability partnership, Stoacher interaction, or similar activity may be visible or heard by other participants. Stoaching requires Stoachers to respect applicable confidentiality obligations but cannot guarantee another participant's conduct or confidentiality.
6. INFORMATION STOACHERS SHOULD NOT SHARE
Stoachers should not unnecessarily disclose passwords, financial account credentials, highly sensitive personal information, employer trade secrets, protected client/customer information, confidential third-party information, legally privileged information, or information they do not have authority to disclose.
7. SERVICE PROVIDERS
Stoaching may use third-party service providers supporting website hosting, membership management, virtual communications, payment processing, email, technology, or related operations. Those providers may process information reasonably necessary to perform their services and may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Stoaching may update this Privacy Policy as its services, technology, operations, or legal obligations evolve. When a material change affects existing Stoachers' privacy rights or Stoaching's handling of their information, Stoaching will provide notice as required by applicable law. Where appropriate, notice may be sent to the email address used to join Stoaching or the current email associated with the Stoacher's account.
